I have 2 pcs on my home lan with steam installed. One account. One PC is working OK. The other PC started having problems a few weeks ago. I go to download a game and it starts and gets 1- 2 MB and then the download speed drops to 0 bytes /sec. If I change the download region, it starts up again and gets another 1 - 2 MB and then stalls.I have noticed that my nvme ssd goes up to 100% usage then the download drops.
